My friends and I had our private guide. It was really interesting to talk to him. He came from a village in the Peruvian jungle. He left it because there was so much drug traffic going on. We had to walk super slowly and make a lot of breaks because walking uphill in that altitude is much more exhausting.
The colour of the lake is incredible. The nature and the surrounding landscape with the green mountains are extremely beautiful. Even though it was exhausting to hike up the hill it was totally worth it.
